Phone and email support — included as standard.
All Effektiv Microsoft 365 engagements include a mandatory support plan. This isn't optional — email is too critical a system to leave without a point of contact when something goes wrong. The plan covers your entire Microsoft 365 Business email environment, regardless of how many users you have.

⚠ Scope of support
This support plan covers your Microsoft 365 Business Email environment — account access, Outlook desktop and mobile setup, device configuration, security issues, and email delivery problems. It does not cover general Microsoft 365 app support (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). If you need support across the broader Microsoft 365 suite, please ask us about an extended support arrangement.
Phone and email support — immediate response
When you have an email issue, you contact us directly — phone or email. We respond immediately and deal with it on the spot. No ticketing queues, no wait times, no automated responses.
Outlook desktop setup and support
We set up Outlook desktop (Windows and Mac) and support it on an ongoing basis — new devices, profile resets, connectivity issues, calendar syncing. If something stops working, we fix it.
Outlook mobile app — iOS and Android
We configure the Outlook mobile app on staff phones and tablets, and support it when things go wrong — re-syncing accounts, push notification problems, new device setup.
Account administration
Adding new users, offboarding leavers, resetting passwords, managing aliases and distribution groups. We act as your Microsoft 365 administrator so you don't have to touch the admin portal.
Security incident response
Compromised accounts, phishing attacks, suspicious sign-ins — we respond immediately to lock down access, investigate, and restore normal operation. Business email compromise is a real and growing threat; fast response matters.
Microsoft escalation on your behalf
When an issue needs to go to Microsoft directly, we handle the escalation. We have administrator credentials and we know how to get things moving — you don't spend an hour on hold verifying you own your own account.
