The full detail on the three Microsoft 365 Business plans we offer — what each includes, how they're priced, and what's covered by our support plan. If you just want the overview, start with our Business Email service page.
Every Microsoft 365 Business plan gives every user a professional, domain-based email address running on Microsoft Exchange — the enterprise email engine that powers reliable delivery, built-in security, and 99.9% uptime. The tiers differ in the depth of productivity tools, desktop software, and security controls around that email core.
All prices are Microsoft's current Australian business pricing ex GST and are subject to change by Microsoft. Annual subscriptions auto-renew. Monthly billing is also available at a slightly higher per-user rate — ask us if you need flexibility. Effektiv's support plan is charged separately and is detailed below. We handle the licensing, setup, migration, and administration so you don't have to.
A quick reference across the three tiers for the features most relevant to small business email.
All Effektiv Microsoft 365 engagements include a mandatory support plan. This isn't optional — email is too critical a system to leave without a point of contact when something goes wrong. The plan covers your entire Microsoft 365 Business email environment, regardless of how many users you have.
When you have an issue, you call or email us. We respond immediately. We know your account, we have administrator access, and we deal with it — whether that's a login problem, a device not syncing, a security alert, or something more complex that needs escalating to Microsoft on your behalf.
Unlimited users. One flat fee per business — the support plan price does not increase with the number of Microsoft 365 licences you have.
This support plan covers your Microsoft 365 Business Email environment — account access, Outlook desktop and mobile setup, device configuration, security issues, and email delivery problems. It does not cover general Microsoft 365 app support (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). If you need support across the broader Microsoft 365 suite, please ask us about an extended support arrangement.
When you have an email issue, you contact us directly — phone or email. We respond immediately and deal with it on the spot. No ticketing queues, no wait times, no automated responses.
We set up Outlook desktop (Windows and Mac) and support it on an ongoing basis — new devices, profile resets, connectivity issues, calendar syncing. If something stops working, we fix it.
We configure the Outlook mobile app on staff phones and tablets, and support it when things go wrong — re-syncing accounts, push notification problems, new device setup.
Adding new users, offboarding leavers, resetting passwords, managing aliases and distribution groups. We act as your Microsoft 365 administrator so you don't have to touch the admin portal.
Compromised accounts, phishing attacks, suspicious sign-ins — we respond immediately to lock down access, investigate, and restore normal operation. Business email compromise is a real and growing threat; fast response matters.
When an issue needs to go to Microsoft directly, we handle the escalation. We have administrator credentials and we know how to get things moving — you don't spend an hour on hold verifying you own your own account.
Tell us how many users you need and what you're currently using. We'll recommend the right plan, confirm pricing, and come back with a clear proposal including migration and support.
