We include a support plan with every Microsoft 365 engagement — and unlike most services where support is an optional add-on, with us it is mandatory. This isn't about generating extra revenue. It's because we know what happens when a business email account goes down and there's nobody to call.
Microsoft provides direct technical support to its business customers, but navigating that support — account verification, ticket escalation, administrator access — takes time that a small business often doesn't have.
