You own your domain.
Your domain name is registered in your name, and you remain the registered holder. We manage it on your behalf, so renewals, settings and day-to-day care are looked after, but it is yours.
Ownership & Continuity

The words, images and information on your website belong to you. Where website code is what you engaged and paid us to build, you own that too. The exceptions are third-party software and our own proprietary tools and platform, which stay subject to their licences as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Ask us in writing (an email is fine) and we will transfer the following to you, or to a provider of your choice, within a reasonable time:
If you cancel, we will help you move everything across to your new provider. And if we ever sell the business, stop trading or discontinue a service you use, we will give you reasonable notice and help you transfer everything to you or to a provider of your choice.
